Responsibilities:
As our Bilingual HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources within our organization.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates Designing and implementing effective onboarding processes for new hires Handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment Developing and executing training and development programs for employee growth Managing performance evaluation systems and ensuring employee engagement Compensation and benefits administration aligned with industry standards Ensuring compliance with HR laws and policies, with a focus on multicultural awareness Collaborating with other departments and contributing to organizational growth
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Bilingual Proficiency:
Fluent in English and Spanish Proven HR
